Discuss Home Decision & Design Goals

In this phase we will determine together what is right for your budget, wants, and needs.

Pre-Construction & Construction

We will review options, blueprints, and your home site. Once everything is agreed on and official, we'll get to work building your next home.

Pre-Closing, Closing & Move-In

In this final phase, we will do any final walk-throughs, orient you to the closing process including finalizing papers and getting keys to your new home!
